Integrated project delivery simply means that we take your project from concept to completion. Construction projects can be very complicated. Numerous design professionals, multiple contractors and numerous product suppliers all complicate the construction process. We have simpliflied the complicated and have integrated the entire construction process into one location. From the beginning to the end of your project, you now only have one person to talk to. If you have a question about your project or want to make a change to your project, you only have to make one phone call. We complete all of the coordinating, scheduling, contracting and management of your project. We are ultimately responsible for the successful completion of your project.

Project Development
Every project starts with a dream and an idea. Tell us the vision for your project and let us take it from there. Our project development services include working hand-in-hand with you to develop the concept for your project, from there we coordinate the design of your project, finally we develop a construction program designed specifically for the successfull completion of your project.
General Contracting
Our goal is a final product that meets and exceeds your expectations. As the general contractor for your project, we are ultimately responsible for the successful completion of your project. We work directly with professional subcontractors to ensure a quality finished product. We do not consider a project complete until we meet all of your exact requirements.
Project Management
A successful project must include consistent and professional project management. This starts at the beginning of the project and continues until you determine your project is complete. Our project management services include maintaining an up-to-date project schedule, constant coordination and communication between all parties and completing routine reports so you are up-to-date on the progress of your project.

ABOUT
The vision of Integrated Building Solutions is to create a better construction process. The existing anitquated process can be complicated, frustrating and time consuming for individuals and companies constructing new infrastructure or remodeling existing assets. With our process, we take care of your project from start to finish. We work directly with you to develop the vision of your project. From there, we coordinate all of the design and development of the project. We complete all of the coordination between the subcontractors and the product suppliers. Through-out the entire process we keep you up-to-date on the progress of your project. In short, we have simplified and integrated the construction process from start to finish. You now only have one person to talk to. Our goal is to make the construction process as easy as possible for you and to provide you a quality finished product that meets your exact requirements.
Chris Dumont, PE
Chris is the creator and owner of Integrated Building Solutions. He has been interested and involved in the construction process since a very young age. The last ten years Chris has been working as a consulting engineer. This experience has inspired him to develop an easier and more efficient method to complete a construction project. This is where the idea of the integrated project delivery took shape. Integrated Building Solutions was created to empower the individual team members of the construction process, let them do what they do best. Let the designers design and let the contractors build. We are the peice that pulls the entire process together, keeps it organized and running smoothly.
Chris attended North Dakota State University and graduated in 2006 with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. He obtained his Professional Engineers license in 2010. Chris is involved with his community and his profession. Chris has been active with the North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers as a member and has also served on the board of directors for two chapters within the organization. He has also served on the board of directors for the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals and also the North Dakota Young Professional Network. Chris is currently serving on the UND Civil Engineering Department Advisory Board, the St. Joseph Church Pastoral Council and also the St Joseph School Board. He completes biennial continuing education requirements for his engineers license and has also completed numerous leadership and project management programs. In 2012, Chris was named to the Prairie Business magazine 40 under 40 honeree list.
Chris is married to Bethany and they have three children. They enjoy spending time together at the lake, golfing and seeing new places together. Chris also enjoys spending time hunting and running. Chris is an active private pilot and enjoys utilizing aviation for pleasure and work.
PROJECTS
Chris has completed many successful projects as a consulting engineer. These projects include airport projects, municipal projects, buildings, hangars and fuel systems. He looks forward to working with you to successfully complete your project.
